Calling all artists big and small! Spend some quality time together with this paint + sip workshop for caregiver + kiddo. Join a guided painting class, sip on a complementary drink, and take home your masterpiece at the end of the night.
Wilder Yoga
Join us every first Friday of the month for a big + little yoga class led by Yoga in Color. Includes a play session before or after class. Ticket is just for child(ren), adults are always free!
March Madness: Toddler/Kid Rave
Rage the night away (and maybe embarrass your kids with your dance moves...) on Saturday March 21 from 6-8pm!
Music, professional DJ lighting, glow sticks, balloon drop, games, special drinks and more. Playlist is a mix of kid-friendly music and clean millenial club songs...it's not just a kid party. It's a parent party and it's going to be lit!

Read Across America Week
Read Across America is making its way to Wild and Wonderful Play Cafe!
At WWPC, we believe that education is power and should always be spread and celebrated.
There will be a themed story time and craft (included with normal admission!) every day the week of March 3 at 10am, as well as a Dr. Seuss drink flight for both kids and grown-ups to share.
Anyone who participates in spirit week by dressing up will get 29% off your drink order (including the new Dr. Seuss flight coming out in March) in honor of the 29th annual Read Across America week!
Refund Policy
Our events and activities are planned and staffed based on the number of participants registered, so we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or unused sessions.
If you’re no longer able to attend, you’re welcome to gift your ticket or session to a friend. Alternatively, we’re happy to issue a credit to your account for a future visit upon request.

Recurring Events
Every week, we host recurring events at the same time! All are included with your play session so you can just join in on the fun while you’re there.
Dance with Lizz
Every Wednesday at 10am
Before opening WWPC, Lizz was a dancer. She’s been dancing for 30 years, and has performed professionally for 10 years with the Washington Wizards, Washington Redskins and Capitol Movement Dance Company. Trained in tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, musical theatre, modern, contemporary, ballroom, hip-hop and even some folk dancing in college, she’s thrilled to bring her love of dance to the Jefferson County community with a free* weekly movement lesson.
At Dance with Lizz, you can expect:
themed music and outfits each week
follow-along movement
bubbles
prop play with a parachute, balloons, scarves and shakers
Best for ages 2+, children will learn movement basics, gain confidence, practice balance and coordination - and have a LOT of fun doing it.
Dance with Lizz is included with a play session. Only 15 spots are available each week. Sign up below by selecting a Wednesday in October during a play spot before or during the 10am session. Kids are welcome to play for 2 hours before, during or after the class.
Low-Sensory Hours
Every second Thursday 1-3pm
For anyone who needs a lower stimulating play session, we offer low-sensory play hours monthly the second Thursday of the month from 1-3pm. We turn down the lights, play relaxing music and keep the vibes calm. All are welcome, but we ask children keep it chill for our low-sensory-seeking friends.
Ages: all are welcome!
Price: regular price of a play session. Select the first Thursday of the month and select any hours that coincide with 1-3pm to plan you visit.
ABC Day

Every month, we dedicate one day to help raise money for our local women’s shelter, Eastern Panhandle Empowerment Center (EPEC).
To participate, bring in any container that is not traditionally used as a cup. We’ve seen watering cans, trick or treat pumpkins, ball jars, flower vases…even a traffic cone! We will make any drink of our choice from our menu for you drink out of your container.
We donate based on the number of drinks sold that day, so treat your friends, get refills and support EPEC!
