What if I buy a membership for my toddler, but big bro/sis wants to join in every now and then?

Any child who wants to play needs a membership or play pass. We welcome older, school-age kids, but ask that they play nicely with our younger friends. You may pay for their play session separately when they want to join or add them on to the membership.

If I miss the Memorial Day sale, can I still buy the Wild and SUNderful membership?

Of course! It defaults back to a rolling membership after Memorial Day. This allows you add it on later in the summer as well. It will bill you each month from June-August automatically.

Can I pause this membership?

No, sorry. For seasonal memberships, it keeps rolling through until the expiration date! If you wish to cancel, we can add the remaining balance to your account with store credit for you to use or gift to another family, but cannot issue refunds.
