FAQ’s
Who can use this?
The membership is tied to the account, so anyone on the account can use it. You may add a member (like an aunt or babysitter) at check-out.
Is there a limit on the number of adults that can come in with this play pass?
Nope! Adults are always free. Of course please use common sense and call ahead if you plan to have, like, 15 people joining you. :)
Do I get a discount on coffee or events like other memberships?
No. This special winter-only play pass is not like a normal Monthly/Yearly membership. This offering is only for unlimited play and not other benefits or perks that our members get.
What if I don’t want to commit until the new year?
Totally fine! The 10% off promo is only for November 2025. You can buy the unlimited play pass in January, February or March but it will terminate on March 31 no matter when you purchase it. So if you buy it March 2, you still only get unlimited play until March 31. If you purchase it on February 1, you only pay for February and March.
If I pay up-front, is it automatically billed?
No. If you take advantage of the November-only promotion and get 10% off then that’s it! You’re good to go until March and will not be charged anything else for play!
