Effective Immediately

A $50 retainer is due on the day of booking to secure the party date and time.
$150 of the final invoice is due two (2) weeks prior to the party date and will be automatically charged to the card on file used for the retainer.
The retainer and $150 payment become non-refundable once within two (2) weeks of the party date.
If the host needs to reschedule, the retainer and $150 payment may be applied toward a future available date, and Wild and Wonderful Play Cafe will take full payment of the party in order to reschedule.
Parties may not arrive more than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time and must exit within 10 minutes after the scheduled end time to allow for proper turnover between events. (Additional time can be purchased to add-on.)
By booking a party and putting down a retainer with Wild and Wonderful Play Cafe, you agree to these terms and conditions.
